Jason Zundel

Jason Zundell is passionate about helping clients plan for success, whether through litigation, transactional work, or estate planning. Jason graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2014. During law school, he served as a member of the Moot Court Board of Directors and won the Duberstein Western Regional Moot Court competition. When out of the office, Jason can be found spending time with his beautiful wife and family. He enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, watching sporting events, and reading everything from fiction to historical biographies.

Jason has drafted everything from large-scale transactional documents for businesses to personal injury complaints. As a flexible attorney with many strengths, Jason is equipped to assist clients with anything from litigating complex corporate cases to personal estate planning. 

Professional Accomplishments

Jason has set up and designed asset protection and estate plans for over 100 individuals and families. He has helped clients successfully resolve their problems through settlement negotiations, mediation, and, when necessary, zealous court advocacy. On the transactional side, Jason has drafted everything from high value merger and acquisition structures to small business service agreements and nearly everything in between He has managed multi-million dollar merger and acquisition deals and argued before the state and federal courts in the District of Utah.
