Jason Zundel is passionate about helping clients plan for success, whether through litigation, transactional work, or estate planning. He has set up and designed asset protection and estate plans for over 100 individuals and families. Additionally, he has helped clients successfully resolve their problems through settlement negotiations and, when necessary, court appearances. Jason has drafted everything from large-scale transactional documents for businesses to personal injury complaints. He is admitted to practice in Utah trial and appellate courts.
Jason graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2014. During law school, he served as a member of the Moot Court Board of Directors and competed in and won the Duberstein Western Regional Moot Court competition.
When out of the office, Jason can be found spending time with his beautiful wife and family. He enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, watching sporting events, and reading everything from fiction to historical biographies.
