Chase Olsen
Before coming to Sumsion Business Law, Chase Olsen worked as a judicial law clerk in the Utah Fourth District Court. Chase assisted the Honorable James Brady and Robert Lund. Chase attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU and graduated in 2020. He began his journey at Sumsion Business Law years ago as a paralegal. Chase has experience working in various areas of the law, specializing in civil litigation. When not in the office, Chase can be found playing the guitar or enjoying time with close friends and family.

Chase Olsen’s practice focuses on all aspects of business litigation. He has successfully represented clients in several multi-million dollar cases as both a plaintiff and a defendant. He represents clients in matters including contract, commercial real estate, construction, and shareholder-director disputes.
