Stratten is a business lawyer with a focus on high-stakes commercial disputes, corporate governance, and complex contract matters. He has experience in both state and federal courts, handling cases ranging from breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims to civil RICO and shareholder disputes. Stratten also advises businesses on mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and in-house matters. Stratten earned his J.D. from Gonzaga Law School. Outside of the office he enjoys woodworking, coaching high school football, and spending time with his wife and two children.
